There is nothing more refreshing than a breakfast smoothie! This is a new favorite of mine, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
I mostly follow a vegetarian diet and adding a scoop of this protein powder to smoothies gives just the right amount of fullness to power me through lunch or give me energy as a post workout treat! I'm also obsessed with the Breville blender.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup ice
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp flax seed
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 scoop of vega protein powder
Blend well and serve with a party straw!
