Neon and Pastel

It is hard not to love all of the bright neon colors out right now. As I'm already getting excited for warmer weather, I love adding bright pieces to my outfits. Since we saw so many pastels on the runways at Spring Fashion week, I think it will be fun to mix the same color in a neon and pastel to make a put together and chic outfit.
