For the center pieces for our Easter Party this year, Kim and I used some of the simple techniques we learned at flower school in Paris. First we found different sized vases and bowls we thought would be pretty on the tables. We soaked oasis in water, cut it down so it was the right size and shape to fit in the vase, and placed it inside. We then picked the best of the hydrangeas and viburnum to fill up the arrangement. When cutting the stems of the hydrangeas, we cut it at an angle to let them drink. This arrangement was easy and only took a few minutes!
