Pumpkin Spiced Granola Recipe

This is a new favorite recipe I came up with for fall this year.  It is great to make on the weekend and eat throughout the week as a snack at work, topped over greek yogurt in the morning, or with popcorn as a bedtime treat.

Ingredients:
1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
1 cup halved walnuts
1 cup pecans
1 cup slivered almonds
1/4 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
4 tablespoon cinnamon
1/3 cup raw honey
2 tablespoons almond oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup raisins

Make it:
Combine seeds, nuts, almond oil, honey, spices and vanilla and mix well. Spread evenly on pan and toast on 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Let cool and add raisins.  Store in sealed jar with cinnamon sticks for up to two weeks.
